2. What personal data we collect and why we collect it
   1. Customer reviews.
      If you, as a visitor, leave a comment (customer review on a product), we collect the data shown in the form, the IP address, and the browser user agent (metadata) to protect ourselves against potential spam. After your comment is approved, your provided name and comment will be publicly visible alongside your comment. Email address, IP address, and browser user agent are not publicly visible.
   2. Cookies
      Cookies are placed when you visit the site. These are tracking cookies for Google Analytics to provide us with an understanding of our target audience. When you choose a product, cookies are placed to remember the product that may be shown during checkout, or when you return to the online store at a later time. You can delete cookies from your browser at any time, see here for more information on how to do this. Note: Cookies are only placed for the benefit of Google; no other third parties are involved.
   3. Analytics
      As mentioned earlier, Google Analytics is used. This is solely used for analytical purposes. Data available during your visit includes: location, browser, device. During checkout, the total price and product name are shared with Google Analytics. Data such as address, name, email address, and payment details are not shared with Google Analytics.
   4. Ads

3. With whom we share your data
   Data we collect regarding your order is only shared with the payment service provider (Mollie B.V.) and the courier (PostNL BV, DHL, Deutsche Post or your local national courier) in order to fulfill the order. As explained in 2.4, for personal Google Ads (advertisements), data from your visit is exchanged only with Google and no other third parties.
4. How long we retain your data
   When you leave a comment/customer review, that comment and its metadata are kept indefinitely. This way, we can automatically recognize and approve follow-up comments instead of moderating them. Additionally, order data is kept for administrative purposes for a minimum of 5 years.
5. Your rights over your data
   Personal data is retained as a financial transaction you’ve conducted with us. You can request us to delete all personal data we have about you if this is possible according to administrative, legal, or security purposes.
