Do not return products without consulting us. Incorrectly returned items are not our responsibility and cannot be reimbursed.

- Requesting a return can be done via the form below these conditions.
- In Europe, we legally have a 14-day cooling-off period for an online purchase, however, with us, you get a 30-day cooling-off period and you can request a return within 30 days after receiving the product.
- Costs for returning are at the expense of the buyer.
- The responsibility for the return rests with the buyer at the return address up until the moment of delivery.
- Items that concern a food or hygiene product are only eligible for a potential refund if the product is unopened, undamaged, and unused, and must therefore arrive at this condition at MontenSal. If this is not the case, the right to a refund is forfeited.
- Whether a return meets the conditions and is eligible for a refund will be decided by MontenSal. No further rights can be granted here.
- Once the return has been accepted, the amount will be refunded within a few business days via the same payment method used during the order. This cannot be deviated from.
- The refund applies to the items and, if applicable, paid shipping costs. Made costs related to the payment method will not be reimbursed.
