General Bathtub Relaxation: Dissolve 500-800 grams of flakes in 70 liters of water.

Intense Muscle Relief: Use 2000 grams of flakes in 70 liters of water for overworked or strained muscles.

Addressing Magnesium Deficiency: Dissolve 1500 grams of flakes twice a week in 70 liters of water.
