Application and Absorption:

For daily use, apply 15 to 20 sprays onto the desired area of your body. Ideal absorption sites include the neck, armpits, arms, belly, and legs. Remember, the application doesn’t need to be restricted to a specific painful area; your body will naturally direct the magnesium where it’s needed most.

This product is also suitable for children. Adjust the number of daily sprays based on the child’s age. (i.e. age 9 = 9 sprays daily)

Avoid contact with eyes and open skin, such as wounds. While not harmful, Magnesium Chloride is a concentrated salt that can cause discomfort upon contact.

Adhere to the recommended dosage; refrain from exceeding it.

Applying the oil in the evening is more beneficial than during the daytime.
