Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the offering, selling, shipping, and ordering of products through the webshop https://montensal.com. MontenSal is the party responsible for selling and shipping the products to buyers through the webshop at https://montensal.com. The buyer is a private customer (not a business customer) who places an order with MontenSal through the webshop at https://montensal.com.

All communication and data processing are conducted according to the privacy policy.

  1. Product Use:
    1. MontenSal accepts no liability for damages arising from the improper application of the products.
    2. We guarantee that the goods meet the specifications stated in the offer and the reasonable requirements of reliability and usability.
    3. Clear instructions for product use and indications of suitability are provided, and the buyer is responsible for following these instructions.
  2. Ordering:
    1. Deliveries are made only upon explicit orders placed via the checkout process on the webshop unless otherwise agreed upon between MontenSal and the buyer.
    2. Unsolicited goods can be returned at the buyer’s discretion free of charge, except for obvious mistakes or errors on the part of the buyer.
    3. In case of obvious mistakes, the buyer shall inform MontenSal accordingly and, if possible, keep the goods and documents available for MontenSal’s examination. The buyer shall act in accordance with reasonableness and fairness.
  3. Delivery of Goods:
    1. MontenSal will exercise the utmost care in receiving and processing orders for goods.
    2. The delivery address shall be the one provided by the buyer during checkout or the most recent one communicated to MontenSal, unless otherwise agreed upon.
    3. MontenSal is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. However, we will endeavor to change the address if notified in a timely manner (before 17:00 CET) by the buyer.
    4. Accepted orders will be processed as soon as possible, but within 2 working days at the latest. If delivery is delayed due to temporary unavailability or other reasons, or if an order cannot be executed in full or in part, the buyer will be notified within 2 days after placing the order. In such cases, the buyer has the right to cancel the order at no cost, except for the processing time of the order (not the shipping time, see 3.6).
    5. The responsibility and risk of damage and/or loss of goods remain with MontenSal until the moment of delivery (deposited in the buyer’s address), unless otherwise agreed upon.
    6. Shipments are carried out by the national courier of your country on behalf of MontenSal, and a Track & Trace number is provided. The buyer may contact the courier in case of any issues. For shipments lasting more than 5 working days, please contact MontenSal. Compensation for shipping defects will be assessed on an individual basis.
  4. Payment:
    1. The buyer must fully settle the amounts owed before delivery unless otherwise specified. For example, specific payment methods (e.g., Klarna).
    2. The buyer has an obligation to promptly report any inaccuracies in the provided or listed data. MontenSal is not liable for the loss of an order or related costs due to the provision of incorrect address information.
    3. In case of payment via Klarna and/or Credit Card (payment on credit), the completion of this payment transaction occurs between the buyer and the credit provider.
